Madrid, Spain - One of Spain's commercial channels and non-EBU member, Formula TV, has a petition on Twitter (if you have twitter account though) which is said that if you retweet the post, you mean yes, BUT if you like the post, then you think the opposite.
Spain have been one of the founder countries of the JESC, but withdrew in 2007 because they stated that Junior Eurovision "have stereotypes we don't share". They got the favour first to return in Kiev, Ukraine in 2013, but they withdrew as well because of the statement they made in 2007. Spain's non-EBU supported channels was asked to participate for Spain in 2014 in Malta. They did eventually say yes, but not in time.
